Brian Cosgrove

moved to Spain in 1999 with his family. His career in the UK was mainly to do with retail and wholesale which involved general and project management for the superstores. In his time in Spain he has settled well and has a very good understanding of the Spanish language and culture.

As joint Managing Director Brian gets personally involved with all of the clients during their property purchasing with the aim of getting the client exactly what they want and to ensure that the clients money is invested well.

Amy Cosgrove

left school in the UK in 1998 and moved on to college to study I.T. and Sixth Form to pursue a career in Art and Design for which she attained an "A" Level. She was accepted entrance into University but instead decided to go with her family to Spain. Amy is the Office Manager and co-ordinates all legal paperwork necessary for the clients to complete their purchases. She also oversees any after sales requirements. It has been a priority for Amy to study the Spanish language to a high degree.

Joe Von Winterfeldt

arrived in Spain from Germany in 1996 previously his parents owned property in this region since 1983. Joe attended Frankfurt University studying Economics. Later Joe moved into the Automotive Industry in the Strategic Planning Department. Because of his Spanish connections Joe initially worked for a property company as Marketing and Sales Director.

Joe's knowledge of the area is of great use to ensure that our clients future investments in Spain are wisely spent. His multilingual skills guarantee that all translations for clients are clearly understood, includes fluent German, Spanish and English.
