A Fee of up to £195.00 is payable at application for our advice. We will also receive a Marketing Allowance or commission from Lender. We reserve the right to charge up to 2% of the Mortgage Balance, If this is the case we will tell you the exact amount before you apply. Or you could choose a fee only option where you will pay a fee of £995.00 and we will pass on any commissions paid by the lender to you.
